Foundation
establishing started 1989 when Eng. Sobhi Batterjee, President of SGHG felt the neccessitive need of a Central Blood Bank where whole blood from different blood groups and its components should be available for all patients in car accidents, occupational injuries, fire accidents, chronic blood diseased patients & malignant of cancer victims. All of the above mentioned needs transfusion of a huge amount of blood and/or its components, which doesn’t exist in hospitals easily. It needs the cooperative efforts of everyone.
